Papi Paul's Roasted Almonds

- 500 g almonds (or raw hazelnuts, or raw peanuts)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread out the almonds. Coat them with the egg white. Preheat the oven to 160°C and place the almonds in the oven. Let them roast, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 30 minutes. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
These roasted almonds are delicious, crunchy and unsalted.
