Pareve Blinis
Mamie Sol's DessertsIngredients
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast
- 1 tbsp oil
- 20 cl lukewarm water
- 1 pinch of salt
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water. Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites last using a spatula.
Leave to rest in a cool place for 1 hour, then cook in a non-stick frying pan.
