Carrots with cumin
Mamie Sol's StartersIngredients:
- 500g carrots
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- Oil, vinegar
Peel the carrots and boil them. Drain them and slice them into rounds in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, the cumin, the paprika, and the crushed garlic. Season with a little oil and white vinegar. Gently mix everything together and keep refrigerated.
