Brigitte's Crowns (Dry Biscuits-Cookies)

Ingredients for about forty small crowns

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g crushed and toasted hazelnuts
  • 400 g flour

Whisk together the eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add the flour and hazelnuts. You will obtain a firm dough. Roll into long logs about the thickness of a finger. Cut into 8 cm sticks and join the ends to form little crowns. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Oven preheated to 180 °C, bake for about twenty minutes, keep an eye on them...
