Papi Paul's Hantrora (red pepper condiment)

Ingredients

  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 tbsp Harissa
  • Salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • A drizzle of sunflower oil
  • 1 clove of garlic

Use a meat grinder fitted with a fine blade. Grind the raw peppers. Drain them. In a bowl, mix the pepper pulp, Harissa, salt, lemon juice, oil and crushed garlic (optional). Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Serve as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
