- 250 g flour
- 1/2 l milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil
In a mixing bowl, pour in the flour, eggs, salt, oil and slightly warm milk; beat everything together with an electric mixer. Leave to rest for a quarter of an hour and make your crêpes.
