Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

In a mixing bowl, pour in the flour, eggs, salt, oil and slightly warm milk; beat everything together with an electric mixer. Leave to rest for a quarter of an hour and make your crêpes.
