Chicken liver pâté

- 500 g chicken livers
- 4 onions
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- salt, pepper
Grill the livers, placing a pinch of coarse salt on each one. Sauté the diced onions until golden. Add the grilled livers, the hard-boiled eggs and the pepper, and cook for a few minutes. Blend everything together and fill a terrine dish. Cover with cling film and keep refrigerated.
