Orange Salad
Mamie Sol's StartersIngredients:
- 2 or 3 large oranges
- 100 g pitted Greek-style black olives
- 1/2 tsp ground mild red chilli pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- a pinch of salt
Peel the oranges down to the flesh, cut them into small pieces and remove the seeds. Place them in a bowl with the pitted olives, garlic crushed through a garlic press, salt, chilli and oil. Serve well chilled.
