Swiss Chard Salad

- 1 kg Swiss chard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt
Peel and wash the Swiss chard. Cut it into 10 cm pieces, keeping the leaves. Place everything in a pressure cooker, covering with water. Add very little salt and the juice of one lemon. Cook for 15 minutes from the moment the valve starts rotating. Drain and squeeze the Swiss chard between your hands to remove as much water as possible. Using a large knife, chop the Swiss chard into small pieces. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic in oil. Add the Swiss chard, salt, cumin, paprika and the juice of one lemon. Cook for 15 minutes.
