Tomato salad with argan oil
Mamie Sol's StartersIngredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 small fresh spring onions
- 1 tbsp capers
- ¼ mild or hot green pepper
- 1 small preserved lemon
- 2 tbsp argan oil
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Peel the raw tomatoes, dice them, and place them in a bowl. Add the celery, onion, and pepper, also diced, then the capers. Season with argan oil (or sunflower oil), lemon juice (or white vinegar), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
