Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 200 g melted margarine
  • 400 g flour

Mix all the ingredients together, then using a piping bag, pipe small sticks... or other shapes...

Oven at 180°C, bake for 15 minutes, keeping a close eye on them...

Dip the ends of the Sprits in melted chocolate and leave to dry. Store in a metal tin for best preservation.
